If you encounter abusive behaviour on TribeTrak, open the member’s profile in the app, tap the ⋯ menu in the top-right, and choose Report this user. Pick a reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate content, impersonation, safety, other) and add optional context. Reports go to our moderation team. The person you report is not notified.
You can also block a user from the same ⋯ menu. Blocking removes any existing tribe connection and hides you from each other in search, the tribe list, and nearby views. They are not told they were blocked. Unblock any time from Settings → Blocked users.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I join TribeTrak?
Download the app and sign up with your email, Google account, or phone number. You will need a valid invite code to access the community. Ask a current member or your worldschool program coordinator for a code.
Is TribeTrak free?
Yes, TribeTrak is free to use for individual families. Some program communities may have their own membership requirements.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or visit our account deletion page to request deletion via email.
Can my children use the app?
TribeTrak is designed for parents and adults (18+). Children should not create their own accounts. Parents manage all community interactions on behalf of their families.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user?
For spots and tips, use the flag feature on the content itself. For other users, open their profile in the app and use the ⋯ menu (see Report abuse above). For urgent safety issues, email safety [at] tribetrak [dot] com.
